SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Shipping policy

  • Rule 1: After your payment is verified, it takes 3-7 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Rule 2: Shipping takes 10- 30 days depending on where are you in the World. Please note that this is the estimation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Some locations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East) could take longer to deliver.
  • Rule 3: Delays may also occur as a result of International Customs Inspections. Your country’s Customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. The recipient takes full responsibility for your local Government’s and postal regulations regarding Import and Customs, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
  • Rule 4: Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail, (USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.
  • Rule 5:We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back-end charges incurred.
  • Rule 6:  We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at service.luxstore@gmail.com as soon as possible.

IMPORT TAX & DUTY

  • To avoid any taxes we specify low item value on the package. Sometimes import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details on charges, please contact your country’s customs office.

RETURNS

 

Replacement

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 2 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to service.luxstore@gmail.com. If the case is deemed valid, Lux Store will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement.
After 3 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.

Refund policy

Buyers are allowed to make a refund inquiry. Prior to the order is shipped, buyers can request for a refund, and if the order is already shipped, buyers can not request it. We shall proceed the refund within 2 weeks. It can take 15 days to receive your money back depends on the card supplier bank.
We only accept refund inquiry within 7 days of placing the order with 70% of the total invoice. This is due to the operation cost, tax, shipping and advertising fees.

  • Rule 1: Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Support. service.luxstore@gmail.com to schedule the return.
  • Rule 2: Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Rule 3: Please note that transaction fee of 5% are non-refundable.
  • Rule 4: Please note promotional Free items are also non-refundable.
  • Rule 5: The customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unused, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
  • Rule 6: Please note that we can’t issue refund while the product is on the way to the you. In order to issue a refund, the product must be delivered to you and you needs to ship it back to our customer support department address before getting refund.
