CANCELLATION POLICY

At Eric Classic, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, simply contact us and our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.

Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We do not charge any cancellation fees.

If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact us anyway. We will check your order status and do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Changes

Need to change a size, color, product, quantity, or shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered fulfillment, we will do our best to update it for you.

If the order has already been shipped, don’t worry. Contact us after receiving your package and we will help you find the most suitable solution under our Return & Refund Policy.
