CANCELLATION POLICY

At Luiz Fashion, we understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. If that happens, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the order has not yet entered processing or shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We do not charge cancellation fees.

If more than 24 hours have passed, you are still welcome to contact us. We’ll check the current status of your order and do our best to assist.

ORDER CHANGES

Need to update your size, color, product, quantity, or shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we’ll make reasonable efforts to make the requested change.

Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible. In that situation, please contact us after delivery and we’ll help you review the available options under our Return & Refund Policy.
